Mayor Waldeck called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers at Town Hall.
Present: Mayor Waldeck, Vice Mayor Radford, Councilmember Corrigan Councilmember
Spreen, Councilmember Wu
Absent: None
Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill,City Attorney Steve Mattas
PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the Subject of the
Special Meeting)
The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. to consider the following.
1. CLOSED SESSION: PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957)
Unrepresented Employee: City Manager
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m. No action was taken.
