RESOLUTION 28-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
SEA BY ALEXANDER'S STEAKHOUSE FOR THE ANNUAL VOLUNTEER DINNER
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $20,000
WHEREAS,the annual volunteer dinner budget is $20,000; and
WHEREAS,the Town selected The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse as the 2018 Volunteer Dinner
location who provides a full-service event management; and
WHEREAS, in prior year, event venues do not provide aid full-service event management,
resulting in aggregate payment per vendor below the City Manager's threshold of$15,000; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve
to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement to The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse in
an amount not to exceed $20,000.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19°i day of April, 2018 by the following vote:
AYES: Radford, Spreen, Corrigan, Waldeck, Wu
