Home My WebLink About58-99RESOLUTION NO. 58-99 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACKNOWLEDGING BUT REJECTING IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY LANDS OF HUANG WHEREAS, Lily C. Huang, ("Owner") has offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town on the Lands of Huang; and WHEREAS: the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Right of Way. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby acknowledges the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. The Town chooses not to accept this offer at this time, but reserves the right to accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication by resolution of the City Council at any time in the future.. 2. Huang in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Town"), effective -as of the date of execution. RECITALS A. Lily C. Huang owns property described as: a portion of that certain real property shown as Lands of D. F. Lahey, on that Record of Survey filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on -April 1, 1987 in Book 572 of Maps at Page 29, in the Town of Los Altos Hills, California. B. Lily C. Huang desires to dedicate a right of way to the Town. C. Huang declares as follows: 1. Pathway. Lily C. Huang hereby irrevocably offers to dedicate to the Town a Right of Way in the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property") for right of way purposes. 2. No Implied Acceptance. Lily C. Huang understands that this Offer of Dedication can only be accepted by Resolution of the City Council of tie Town pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code Section 1806, and that recordation of this Offer to Dedicate shall not and will not constitute acceptance of this Offer to Dedicate. .3. Irrevocability; Binding Effect. This Offer to Dedicate shall be irrevocable, and shall run with the land and be binding upon the heirs, representat-Ives,-successors and assigns of Lily C. Huang. The provisions of this Offer to Dedicate shall inure to the benefit of all successors and assigns of the Town. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Lily C.
