HomeMy WebLinkAbout9.3 ITEM 9.3 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY, JANUARY 26, 2016 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF FARAHYAR; 11475 Summitwood Road; File #246-15-ZP- SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 4,842 square foot residence(Maximum height 27')and minor grading exceptions for the garage back-up area and the rear portion of the garage. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) — construction of a new single-family residence in a residential zone district; (staff-Steve Padovan).
