HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.1 ITEM 8.1 • • • TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS • NOTICE OF • FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, April 12, 2016 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF KELEM TRUST; 26323 Esparanza Drive; File #16-15-ZP- SD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a 1,468 square foot two story addition (Maximum height 21') and interior remodel. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff-Nicole Horvitz).
