We urge you to deny his applications for Conditional Development Permits,to deny his applications for extensive variances and to deny any Site Development Permits. The Town's Staff Reports to the Planning Commission describe that these proposed new buildings are "boxy, rectangular" structures out of scale and inconsistent with our neighborhood. The variance requests are extensive, over a dozen between the two parcels, and propose an extreme amount of encroachment. We ask the Commission to maintain our town's rural character and to continue supporting development within the rules. Please accept the staffs recommendation to deny these applications.
