Subject: Planning Commission 6/2/2016 Meeting: Lands of Linebarger
Dear Council Members,Planning Commission Members and Ms. Avila:
While reading the staff recommendation regarding the Conditional Development Permits for
- the lots formerly known as Lot 1 and Lot 3 of 10730 Mora Drive, I was greatly impressed by
the objective and thorough analysis of the proposal through the lens of Los Altos Hills'
development regulations. I was equally disappointed in Mr. Linebarger's apparent refusal to
accept and act upon the Planning Commission's request to reduce the apparent mass of the
projects to keep them more in line with the character of the neighborhood specifically and Los
Altos Hills in general.
I strongly urge the Planning Commission to accept staffs recommendation to deny the projects
as currently specified. I further request that the City Council also deny the permits when the
inevitable appeal is filed.
