Town Council Members
We live at 10776 Mora Drive and are opposed to the high density building planned by Mr
Lineberger. We live next door and his proposal will damage our trees,negatively impact the
environment and rob us of privacy in our own back yard. Please see the letter we have
previously submitted outlining our concerns for the environment and the neighborhood. The
below picture is the proposed outline of the building in proximity to our tree and our yard.
We respectfully request that the requested ten foot set back to our property be denied and the
thirty foot setback requirements enforced.
