Subject: Undersized lots on Mora Dr.
For forty-two years,we have been proud to live on "the Hills side of 280" where an acre has
been the minimum lot size. Although we still await annexation by Los Altos Hills,we
assume that will happen soon, and we look forward to it. We embrace the idea that the town
will enforce the standards that we admire.
However tasteful Mr. Linebarger's house plans may be, the lots are too small. If he is allowed
to build, you will be besieged with more requests in the next few years. Please make a stand
now.
We cannot attend tomorrow's meeting. We hope you will hear our voices raised with those
who deplore the erosion of this Los Altos Hills standard. Let's not let it happen.
