Subject:To Members of the KAH Planning commission from Fretz re Staff report re Linebarger
requests
Dear Planning Commission Members,

I concur and wholeheartedly support the findings of recent"Staff Report to the Planning
Commission" dated June 2, 2016 regarding Linebarger's conditional Development permit requests
for his properties on Mora Drive.
I urge you to support this report and to enforce the findings under the rules and regulations of LAH.
The denial of his requests are to my mind the correct and proper findings under the circumstances.
In addition,the "community of LAH" has spoken out against his proposal and now the regulation
that we all must abide by must be enforced whether Linebarger likes it or not.
He has been given alternatives and he has refused them. He made a bad business decision and he
must live with it.
He can still change his plan, he has options, he is not denied.
