NOTICE OF
SITE DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of
California,has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m.TUESDAY,JUNE 28,2016 in the Council
Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time
and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF PAGE; 26960 Orchard Hill Lane; File #126-16-ZP-SD-GD;
A request for a Site Development Permit for a second-story addition and
expansion to the main floor, garage and basement at an existing residence
(Maximum height 27')along with related hardscape improvements. CEQA
review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e) — addition to an
existing single-family residence in a residential zone district; (staff-Steve
Padovan).
The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town
Hall,26379 Fremont Road,Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location
upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be filed at Town Hall prior to the date of the hearing. Court
challenges to the. action of the Site Development Committee, Planning Commission, or
City Council may be limited to issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice,
or in written correspondence received at Town Hall at, or prior to, the time of the public
