We live next door at 13521 Wildcrest Drive, and our house is closest to their house of all the neighbors. The owners were very considerate and communicative in reaching out to show us their plans and discuss. The home plans look beautiful—simultaneously contemporary and natural—and in keeping with the aesthetic our leafy neighborhood. They addressed our only concern--the landscaping between our homes,to see more trees and less of their house from our windows—and we trust that the final landscaping will accommodate our request. So we are, without hesitation, supportive of their new home, and look forward to being their neighbors in their new home. My neighbors, Wildcrest Properties LLC, at 13335 Wildcrest Drive, have shared the renderings and construction plans for their proposed home; I support the design of their new family home. I understand building a home can take over a year and am prepared for the inconveniences that may pose during the construction, such as noise and, increased vehicular trafficpassing my home. They have so far shown care and respect to the surrounding community and been open about their project. I believe theywill work with neighbors to mitigate.the inevitable inconveniences the come with construction. In conclusion, I support Wildcrest Properties in seeking approval for their new home construction. Our neighbors at 13335 Wildcrest Drive,Wildcrest Properties LLC, held a community meeting on June 2, 2016 at their home to walk us through their house plans and renderings. Also in.attendance were Stan Field and Sally Gimbert Carter from Field Architecture, who addressed all our questions and concerns about the project. We love the design that Field Architecture has created and are in support of the construction of this home. We believe it is a beautiful design that preserves and respects the natural setting of our neighborhood. Even though we are not a bordering home, our neighborshave made it a point to include us because we are part of the Wildcrest neighborhood and within earshot of construction noise. They have been respectful to the community's input and have shown great care in answering our questions. We realize that,as with any construction project, there will be some inconveniences such as noise and dust but we think the Wildcrest community will benefit greatly from the new design; it will increase the value of the neighborhood, increase property taxes to be paid, and create a long-term welcoming home for these Los Altos Hills residents. We fully support Wildcrest Properties as they seek approval for their new home construction. Thank you for your time, t" 1 Jayand Nina Sutaria 13581 Wildcrest Drive Los Altos Hills, CA 94022
