Dear Jitze:
The Environment Design and Protection Committee requests that the Commission study the effects of
the increasing number of outdoors lights being shown on landscape plans, especially on hillside lots and
how it will affect the night sky.
If the commission decides to study this issue, might we suggest a subcommittee made up of two
commissioners,two members of the Environment D&P Committee and representatives from the
Planning Department.
