HomeMy WebLinkAbout11.1 ITEM 11.1 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY, July 26,2016 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF GHOSH; 26850 St. Francis Drive; File #87-16-ZP-SD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 5,502 square foot two story residence (Maximum height. 27'). CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) — construction of a new single-family residence where public services are available in a residential zone (Staff- Genevieve Fernandez).
