HomeMy WebLinkAbout11.2 ITEM 11.2 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2016 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF WU FAMILY TRUST; 13210 Sunset Drive, East; File#109- 16-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit to demolish an existing residence and construct a new 6,312 square foot residence (Maximum height 27') with a 1,908 square foot basement, a relocated swimming pool and related hardscape improvements. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) — construction of a new single-family residence in a residential zone district; (staff-Steve Padovan).
