Dear Mr. Padovan and Ms. Avila
Nancie and Jerry Crowley have been long term residents of Los Altos Hills and built our custom home
in 1972. Our property, 24747 Olive Tree Lane, Los Altos Hills connects directly above the three
properties currently under Planning Commission consideration and development by Navneet Aron's
company.
We attended the first Town Council meeting regarding the initial development of this large property.
During the meeting I was able to fully understand Aron's concepts and subsequently did independent
research on his company, their prior and current LAH development projects. Based upon my personal
review and the discussion during the Council meeting I voiced strong approval of the first project.
I have had an opportunity to view the 3d video artist rendering of the Lot#2 project. In addition I have
read the staff report by Steve Padovan and Aron's draft version of the pending Planning Commission
presentation.
My wife and I would like to express our strong support of this latest 10800 Lot#2 development project
as we have with the other two Aron Developers project on this 10800 property as well.
There are at least four(4) properties residing directly uphill from these new development projects all of
them with individual septic systems. We would like to suggest that Town of Los Altos Hills Planning
Commission consider establishment of a sewer easement that would allow the Barez, Brunner, Kolluri
and Crowley properties to 'eventually connect to the sewer systems on Magdalena thru the 10800
lines.
However. In any event'we strongly support Navneet Aron and his management teams completion of
the -bove captioned project.
