SEPTEMBER 27, 2016 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road,Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF BAVOR; 13816 Page Mill Road;File#229-16-LP-SD-GD;A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 5,473-square foot two story residence (Maximum height 27'), a pool, and a 518-square foot cabana(Maximum height 14'). CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) — construction of a new single-family residence where public services are available in a residential zone (Staff-Marni Moseley).
