Loyola to Eastbrook Ave. There are quite a few issues with the proposed path that I would like to bring up: 1. The portion of the path on the North East edge of my property is a very steep slope (25%to 37%grade). The lower/steeper half of the property has also been declared a Conservation Easement. When I as a homeowner cannot build or alter the slope in the Conservation Easement, the town should not be allowed to force a path of high maintenance on it. I also do not want to be liable for any injuries resulting from people traversing the steep slope. 2. The draft also puts the proposed path over a seasonal drainage easement. 3. Finally the proposed path ends on a private, restricted road that has a ingress/egress only easement enforced by court order. The road also goes through two properties that are not part of the Town of Los Altos Hills. All this means that the path will lead to absolutely nowhere. I urge you to consider the points above and reject the proposed off-road path between W Loyola and Eastbrook. Best Regards, Lloyd Ho
