To the council and committee members:
This has been a long discussion. The residents in the annexed areas have been quite happy using the roadway
for the pathway. It avoids and solves a lot of problems i.e.future maintenance expenses for the town,fairness to
property owners regarding costs and liabilities,safety for bikers and walkers, possible disruption of drainage flows,
etc. To me it is the common sense solution and hope you agree.
