>Title 10,Chaper 2,Article 6 is the relevant portion of the LAH Municipal Code.
>Specifically it states:
> 10-2.06(a)Each property shall have direct access to a pathway or indirect access via a vehicular right-of-way.
>This section of the code was approved and made effective December 11, 1985.
>We believe that our West Loyola Annexation Area neighborhood request that our roadways be our pathways--as
the ON ROAD,OVER PAVED ROAD Los Altos Hills pathway type allows--fits within,and is compliant with the
LAH Pathways Element,through this section of the Municipal Code.
