Dear Ms.Avila,
In its introduction,paragraph 104,the Pathways Element states:The primary users and beneficiaries of most of
these paths are local residents.
It only follows that since pathways are for the use and benefit of local residents,that individual residents of a
particular neighborhood should be allowed input in determining the location and character of pathway routes
through their neighborhood.
The residents of the West Loyola Annexation Area believe pathway recommendations made by residents of a
particular neighborhood should be given weight and consideration during the LAH Master Path Plan map update
process.We look forward to advancing our pathways recommendations tonight.
