Good morning and Happy Monday. As I was out of town last week, I was unable to
check whether or not Ry and Suzy's email was in the packet The name was familiar,
but I wasn't sure.
This morning I returned to work and found their email labelled#11, page 23. So yes,it
was included in the packet of information provided to the Pathways Committee on
April 25.
Ann was very diligent trying to sendme every email that she received. Some may have
slipped through the cracks, but we are doing the best we can under the circumstances.
Their email is safely included in the file (record).

Hi Deborah,.
Ry and Suzy's email was sent to all members of.PWC on Saturday, 4/23. They
didn't cc anyone outside of PWC so that is probably why their email did not make
its way into the PWC meeting binder. Evidently, Ry and Suzy's email was never
forwarded to you until I did today. After receiving it on 4/23, should I have
forwarded Ry and Suzy's email to you in order to enter it in the public record?If
yes, should I forward to you other emails to PWC members with no other cc's that
I received in the run up to the PWC 4/25 meeting?

Subject: PROPOSED PATHWAYS
We think our neighborhood is charming just
as it is. Old trees and wild volunteer
shrubbery line our roadways giving the area
a true feeling of country. That's why we
moved here, we like the ambiance.
Our property is on the last part of
Ravensbury leading to the open space. To
accommodate our part of the pathway we
would have to cut down 4 40 year old pine
trees, 3 forty year.old pink blossoming plum
trees,two olive trees that were mature when
we moved in 44 years ago, 5.Chinese
Pastiche, and a twenty year old oleander
hedge. These were all planted to give us
privacy that the path will destroy.
Additionally our foot traffic is often .
families. They walk in groups. They are not
going to walk on the path in single file.We
do have a few paths in the neighborhood. I
have never walked on them myself or seen
anyone use them.
Please consider keeping our neighborhood
as it is. We like it.
