HomeMy WebLinkAbout7.1 ITEM#7.1 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2015 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF RABKIN AND VANDERGRIFF;24990.La Loma Drive:File 188-16-ZP-SD;A request for a Site Development Permit for a 1,248 square foot second story addition(maximum height 25 feet)and a swimming pool and hardscape. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) and (e) (staff-Suzanne Avila).
