A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AMENDING THE INVENTORY OF HISTORIC SITES AND STRUCTURES,
APPENDIX A TO THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Inventory of Historic Sites and Structures, Appendix A to the General Plan was
last updated in April 2007, and
WHEREAS, in conformance with the General Plan Conservation El t ° hich -s that the
Town's Inventory of Historic Sites and Structures should be revie eo a regal. .sis and
updated as needed, the History Committee has updated and amend e In t ry; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the draft ntory... Au: 018 and
September 6, 2018, and recommended that the City Co ' 1 adop.. e upda d nventory of
Historic Sites and Structures, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this pfejec : s exempt sm e provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), pursuant to the general rule described in
Section 15061(b) of the CEQA Guidelines, because the updated Inventory of Historic Sites and
Structures does not have the potential to ause a significant effect on the environment, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE at e City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills hereby adopt the revised Invent ry of Hi nc Sites and Structures (attached as Exhibit A)
