Starting the installation of wiring "or dellv" of equipment shall constitute sulaslantial commencement of the work to be per lbx . Upon
completion of the installation, we will provide initial training to tWcp4g* instruct you in the pmper use of the System. $LbseWnt
training Is available for an additional fee. The city or county In which your business is located may require that you obtain a perk for
the use and monitoring of the system. Local aullixxities may not respond to alarm notifications until al permits or licenses for use of the
system have been Obtained, and therefore PSI may not begin monitoring until Client has obtained at Client's expense all necessary
permits or licenses, and provided PSI With the f1cense or permit number.
2, PRICE -PAYMENT AND TERM
2.1 INSTALLATION PRICE.- for the linsftlOon of the system, you will pay us:
INSTALLATION (Material & Labor): $ 4,162.75
SALES TAX: $ 270.85
TOTAL: $ 4,433.60
Client agrees le pay ton percent (10%) of the above total upon signing, fifty percent (50%) after completion of pre -Wring, aod forty
percent (40%) upon completion of the installation (we paragraph *6)
We YAII not start to monlitor the system until the installation price is paid in full. If you fall to make any payment when due we may
discontinue installation and service, terafmate this Agreement and recover all damages (Including. ahmmy's fees) to Which we are
entitled including thia va lus of the work performed and all amounts due to us for the remaining term of the Agreeiment Wtxhg Was of profits.
2.2 MONITORING AND SERVICE 47EEIS: For use of a PSI System (ff applilvabte) and monitoring the system and providing Omer services,
selected in Section 1, you wM pay us $ 28.00 monttilypayable ln advance. The first payment is due upon com*tkm of the installation.
2.3 TERM, The orlgInal term of this Agreement Is 60 2LXAt months, and will autornatieWly continue from year to year
unless cancelled by either party in wffmg at least ftty (30) days before the end of We original tem or any renewal term,
2.4 INCREASE IN SERVICE FEE. Not more than once each twelve months, PBI shall also have the right to increase the monthly
charges provided herein by a percentage equal to 1.5 times the percentage increase in the Department of Labor Consumer' Price Index.

4. LJMITeD WARRANTY
4.1 WHAT IS COVERED (SOLD SYSTEM -ONLY): For one (1) year after we complete the Installation of a sold system, we Will repair or
replace any defecfive part of tto system without charge to you. We may use now or used parts of the same quality, and w may retain all replaced paints.
4.2 HOW TO GET SERVICE: Call or write us at the address and telephone number at the top of this contract and tell us what is wrong
with the system. We will provide service as soon as possible during ow normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday from
8:00 at. rim, to 5:00 p.m. excW holidays we observe. Someone must be at the premises at the time we visit.
4.3 WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: Repair of the system Is w only duty. This warranty does not include batteries in wireless devices. We
make no offw expms warranty, including any, warrwtyi of merchantability of the system or is fflnems for any special purpose. We do
not warrant that the system MR always detect. Or help prevent, any burglary, Ire, hoW-up Gr other such event. We do not warrant that
the system cannot be beaten or that R vAl always operate. This warranty does not cover repairs that are reeded because of an accident,
your failure to properly use the system, or 9 someone other than us attempts to repair or change the system, or any other' reason except
a defect in Me equipment or our installation. -hire are not liable for con"quentiall or Incidental damage& You agree that this is our only
warranty and we have given you no other warranty for the system.
4,4 STATE LAW: Some sales do not allow the exclusion or ft r4fiblion of coos"Uenfial of incidental damages, so the above limitations
or exclusions may not apply to you. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may, vary from state to state.
3. OUR LIMITED LIABILITY: Sections 16 & 17 on the reverse side at this Agreement Rmift our liability to $250.00 or mw half the annual
mooltorIng and service foo If you or anyone else suffers any harm, damage or loss of property, personal Injury or death) because the
system 16111ed to operate propedy or were caretassar actod improperly. You have had the opportunity to talk to our sclera Agent 9Wut
