HomeMy WebLinkAboutHost Compliance (3)HOST COMPLIANCE now apart of DGRAN ICU$ HOST COMPLIANCE, LLC Short-term Rental Compliance Monitoring and Associated Services Second Amendment to Host Compliance Services Agreement THIS SECOND AMENDMENT (the "Amendment") dated June _, 2020 (the "Effective Date") hereby amends the Host Compliance Services Agreement entered into as of December 1, 2018 ( (the "Agreement") between Host Compliance' LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Host Compliance") and Town of Los Altos Hills, with an address at 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 USA (the "Customer"). 1. The Agreement has been extended for an additional 3 -month term from June 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020 and then for an additional annual term beginning on September 1, 2020 2. Customer shall provide written notice of its intention not to renew at least 14 days prior to the end of the then current term. 3. The existing Schedule 1 to the Agreement is hereby replaced with the attached Schedule 1. 4. Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement is unaffected and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. If there is conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement, the terms of this Amendment will prevail.
