HomeMy WebLinkAboutCSG, Inc. (24)ADDENDUM #2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Addendum To Professional Services Agreement (the "Addendum") is made and entered into
on the 201h day of April, 2021 by and between the Town of Los Altos Hills (herein referred to as
"Town") and CSG Consultants, Inc. (herein referred to as "Contractor"). In consideration of their
mutual covenants, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. This Agreement amends and modifies the Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement")
dated September 14, 2014 made and entered into by the parties here as follows:
a. The rate schedule is amended to include Assistant Engineer services at a regular rate of
$140 per hour; Associate Engineering services at a regular rate of $160 per hour;
Consulting Engineering services at a regular rate of $185 per hour; and. Interim City
Engineer services at: a regular rate of $185 per hour.
b. The Contractor shall provide the Town with Assistant Engineer services for up to 32
hours per week, Associate Engineer services for up to 30 hours per week, Interim. City
Engineer services for up to 16 hours per week, and. Consulting Engineering services to
support the Town's Utility Undergrounding projects on an as -needed basis. The number
of days and/or hours for each position may be adjusted as needed by the Town upon
mutual agreement between the Town and the Contractor.
c. Following the completion of fiscal year 2021-22, the hourly rate may be adjusted by the
annual percentage change in CPT for San Francisco Bay Area if requested by the
Contractor and approved by the Town,
2. All other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect, other than any
provision that conflicts with the terms and spirit of this Addendum, which shall be deemed
to be amended appropriately in order to be consistent with this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Addendum on the date first written
above.
