NOTICE OF SITE DEVELOPMENT
PUBLIC HEARING
(FAST-TRACK)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 2006 in the
Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as
the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF LIZAUR AND WILSON, 11571 AND 11471 BUENA
VISTA DRIVE (96-06-LLA); A request for a Lot Line Adjustment.
(staff-Debbie Pedro).
Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice.
The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that
location upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the
action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in
court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Town at, or prior to, the public hearing. Further details may be obtained from the

The proposed lot line adjustment will result in lots that remain consistent with the Town's
General Plan and Zoning and Site Development Codes. The net acreage of both
properties will not fall below 1.0 acre. No existing structures will be rendered non-
conforming as a result of the lot line adjustment. Upon approval, the applicant must
submit to the Town a copy of the signed and notarized grant deeds, with legal description
and plat exhibits prepared by a licensed surveyor or civil engineer, and the Town will
prepare certificates of compliance for recordation.

The project is categorically exempt under Section 15305(a) "Minor Alterations in Land
Use Limitations"of the State CEQA Guidelines.
