TUESDAY, June 27, 2006 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF STROBER, 14355 Miranda Way (23-06-ZP-SD-GD) A request for a Site Development Permit for a 4,976 square foot two-story new residence with a 1,553 square foot basement(maximum height 24'8") and a 541 sq. ft. swimming pool. CEQA status: exempt per 15303 (a) (staff-Debbie Pedro). Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice.
