A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING ANNUAL COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS TO LOS ALTOS
GARBAGE COMPANY FOR COLLECTION OF SOLID WASTE,
RECYCLABLES AND YARD TRIMMINGS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills entered into an Agreement
with Los Altos Garbage Company on May 15, 2003, for the collection of solid waste,
recyclables and yard trimmings;
AND WHEREAS, Section 12.4 of said Agreement provides for annual compensation
adjustments based on changes in the Consumer Price Index;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
resolve to approve the revised rates as set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20t' day of October, 2005.
