FAST-TRACK REVIEW)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Director has approved the following
application at a Fast Track Hearing on Tuesday,July 25, 2006:
LANDS OF WANG, 25617 Elena Road(2-06-ZP-SD) A request for a Site
Development Permit for a 4,570 sq. ft. new residence (maximum height
24'6"). CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a)

Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice.
All applications approved by the Planning Director, at a Fast-track meeting, are subject to
a 22 day appeal period. Any member of the public may appeal the Planning Director's
decision on the aforementioned project by submitting a letter requesting appeal and the
justification for appeal, and submitting a fee of $415 and deposit of $675. The appeal
letter and fees must be submitted not later than 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2006.
