CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) (staff-Debbie Pedro) Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice. All applications approved by the Planning Director, at a Fast-track meeting, are subject to a 22 day appeal period. Any member of the public may appeal the Planning Director's decision on the aforementioned project by submitting a letter requesting appeal and the justification for appeal, and submitting a fee of $415 and deposit of $675.
