TUESDAY, October 10, 2006 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF YANG, 28020 Laura Court (92-06-ZP-SD-GD) A request for a Site Development Permit for a 6,325 sq. ft. new residence with a 1,100 sq. ft. attached four-car garage, 655 sq. ft. second unit dwelling and a new pool (maximum height 27'). CEQA Review: 15303(a) (staff-Nicole Horvitz) Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice.
