ALTOS HILLS AND JONATHAN REICHENTAL, PH.D. FOR TECHNOLOGY
SUPPORT FOR THE TOWN
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into on this 13t' day of
November 2023, by and between the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") and Jonathan Reichental
("Contractor"). Town and Contractor are sometimes collectively referred to as "Parties" hereinafter.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Town and Contractor previously entered into an agreement for dated May
25, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the initial agreement had a termination date of November 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Town is now interested in expanding on the services from the contractor
to the end of the fiscal year 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desires to amend the Agreement as described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of this First Amendment, the mutual promises,
covenants, and stipulations herein contained, the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement
as follows:
1. Amendments to Agreement. The following portions and sections of the Agreement,
as amended, are hereby amended as follows, with additions in bold italics and deletions in
st-riketh-augh text.:
a. Amendments to Section 3
The services and/or materials furnished under this Agreement shall commence
June 1, 2023 and shall be completed by rTevet ..bej! 30, 2023 June 30, 2024, unless
terminated pursuant to Section 5(f)
