"Town") and DKG Consultants LLC (the "Consultant")
Pursuant to Section 8.3 (Amendments), the Town and the Consultant agree to amend the
existing agreement between the two parties.
Exhibit A — Scope of Services: Add the below language to the existing Scope of Services:
• Scheduled and on -demand consulting, coaching, and advisory services to the City Manager,
Administrative Services/Finance Director, and other staff as designated by the City Manager.
• Project management of the transition to the ADP Workforce Now suite of services for
Human Resources and Payroll.
