City Council Special Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 5:15pm
Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California
Present: Mayor Stanley Q. Mok, Vice Mayor Lisa Schmidt, Council Member Linda Swan,
Council Member George Tyson, Council Member Kavita Tankha
Absent: None
Staff: City Manager Peter Pimejad, Assistant to the City Manager Cody Einfalt, and
City Clerk Arika Birdsong -Miller
1. CALL TO ORDER (5:15 P.M.) OPEN SESSION
Mayor Mok called the meeting to order at 5:20 pm.
2. ROLL CALL —All City Council Members were present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the Subject of
the Special Meeting)
There were no Public Comments.
4. ADJOURNED TO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:22 pm to consider the following item:
A. CLOSED SESSION: Public Employee/Public Employment (Pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957) Title: City Attorney
5. ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 6:05 pm and there was no reportable action resulting from the
Closed Session.
