"Town") and DKG Consultants LLC (the "Consultant")
Pursuant to Section 8.3 (Amendments), the Town and the Consultant agree to amend the
existing agreement between the two parties.
Section 1.1— Term of Services: Amend the term of the agreement to end on June 30, 2025.
Section 2 — Compensation: Increase the not -to -exceed amount to $120,000.
Exhibit A — Scope of Services: Add the below language to the original Scope of Services:
• Scheduled and on -demand consulting, coaching, and advisory services to the City Manager,
Administrative Services/Finance Director, and other staff as designated by the City Manager.
• Project management of the transition to the ADP Workforce Now suite of services for
Human Resources and Payroll.
• Review the existing 5 -year Capital Improvement Projects funding and development process,
and establish an updated plan that aligns funding and staff resources with the highest
priority capital projects.
• Other non-recurring initiatives as agreed upon by the Town and the Consultant that are
within the not -to -exceed amount and the agreement timeline.
