RESOLUTION NO. 11-98
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, AND.
LOS ALTOS GARBAGE COMPANY
FOR SOLID WASTE, RECYCLABLES AND
YARD TRIMMINGS COLLECTION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has
read and considered that certain Agreement Among the Town of Los
Altos Hills, and Los Altos Garbage Company for Solid Waste,
Recyclables, and Yard Trimmings Collection ("Agreement") .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows: •
1. Public interest and convenience require the Town of Los
Altos Hills to enter into the Agreement described above.
2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the Aqreement
and the Mayor is hereby authorized on behalf of the Town to'execute
the Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills, and the Los
Altos Garbage Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March , 1998.
