A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE OLD RANCH LANE SANITARY
SEWER REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS AND WILLIAM LITTLE AND KATHLEEN MORAN, TRUSTEES OF THE LUTZ
FAMILY TRUST
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") has read and considered that
the Old Ranch Lane Sanitary Sewer Reimbursement Agreement ("Agreement") between the Town and
William Little and Kathleen Moran, Trustees of the Lutz Family Trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that:
1. Public interest and convenience and the promotion of sewer system improvements support
the Town entering into the Agreement described above.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the Agreement, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the Town of
.Los Altos Hills and William Little and Kathleen Moran, Trustees of the Lutz Family Trust.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 201h day of March 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
