RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF AN APPROVED PLANNING PROJECT FOR A
NEW MAIN RESIDENCE, BASEMENT, AND ADU
(LANDS OF LAH LLC)
WHEREAS, LAH LLC ("Owners") own the property commonly known as 12355 Hilltop Drive, Los
Altos Hills, California (APN 336-20-030); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Permit # SD21-0046 for a new main residence, basement, and ADU were
approved on September 3, 2021, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on May 7, 2024, as the Town has adopted a Planning Permit
Expiration Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for site development and zoning
permits at one year; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an extension for a new residence, pool, and ADU; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Permit Expiration Ordinance, the City Council has the authority
to grant reasonable extensions of time for site development and zoning permits that have expired;
and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Planning Permit
# SD21-0046, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of April 2025, by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON

ABSENT: NONE
