RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING DKG CONTRACT
TERM UNTIL JUNE 30, 2026, AND EXPANSION OF THE CONTRACT TO INCLUDE AN
ADDITIONAL $140,000
WHEREAS, in July 2024 the Town entered into an agreement with DKG CONSULTANTS, LLC for
planning services to support the Town's Housing Element implementation; and
WHEREAS, on March 20, 2025, the City Council approved an amendment to the Housing Element
and directed staff to expand implementation options, requiring additional support to carry out the
updated goals and policies; and
WHEREAS, to accommodate the increase in activities associated with the Housing Element
Amendment, the DKG Contract term and capacity need to be amended, and additional funds are
needed to be allocated from the unreserved General Fund in FY 25/26 and absorbed in the CDD
operating budget for FY 24/25.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby authorizes the
additional $140,000 for DKG CONSULTANTS, LLC while extending the term until June 30, 2026.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on 17`h of April 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
