A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LOWER ARENA
IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTWIND COMMUITY BARN PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE THE PROJECT FOR FORMAL BIDS
WHEREAS, the Plans and Specifications for the Lower Arena Improvements at the Westwind
Community Barn have been completed; and
WHEREAS, staff recommend that the City Council approve the Plans and Specifications for the
Lower Arena Improvements at the Westwind Community Barn Project and authorize staff to advertise
the project for formal bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that:
1. the Plans and Specifications for the Lower Arena Improvements at the Westwind
Community Barn Project are approved; and
2. Town staff are authorized to advertise the project for formal bid.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of May 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT:NONE
