"Town") and DKG Consultants LLC (the "Consultant")
Pursuant to Section 8.3 (Amendments), the Town and the Consultant agree to amend the
existing agreement between the two parties.
Section 1.1 - Term of Services: Amend the term of the agreement to end on June 30, 2026.
