RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOS ALTOS HILLS THREE-YEAR INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIC PLAN FY26-28
WHEREAS, the Town composed its first IT Strategic Plan in 2023 which helped staff prioritize
technology improvements over the last three years; and
WHEREAS, the Town recognizes that there are still improvements to be made, which influenced the
process to complete a strategic plan for the next three years (FY 2026-28); and
WHEREAS, staff engaged the services of Dr. Jonathon Reichental to compose the FY 2026-28
Strategic Plan; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Reichental spoke with k e y members of staff, the Town's IT Managed
Services Provider, and the Technology Committee; and
WHEREAS, the proposed FY 2026-28 plan emphasizes a balanced approach to technological
investment, prioritizing projects that deliver measurable benefits to the community and internal
operations.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Three -
Year IT Strategic Plan for FY 26-28.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a Regular meeting held on 21st of July 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON

ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
