RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING
A TIME EXTENSION OF AN APPROVED SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR A NEW POOL
(LANDS OF XIE)
WHEREAS, Min Xie ("Owner") owns the property commonly known as 14735 Saltamontes Way, Los
Altos Hills, California (APN 175-03-041); and
WHEREAS, the Site Development permit #SD24-0003 for a new residence was approved on November 28,
2023, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on March 12, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Site Development Permit
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Site Development Permits at twelve
(12) months; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to
grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Site Development Permit
#SD23-0004, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
at a regular meeting held on the 21" day of July 2025, by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON
