A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF AN APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF SWIMMING POOL
WHEREAS, Klein Robert N II Trustee & Et Al ("Owner") owns the property commonly known as
27772 Lupine Road, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 182-09-022); and
WHEREAS, the building permits #BLD23-0027 for a new main residence basement and a new pool
house conversion to an ADU were issued on July 12, 2023, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on July 12, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time Limits
Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings and
remodels with additions with a project valuation between $250,001 to $500,000 at twenty-four (24)
months; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority
to grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit
#BLD23-0027, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 20th of November 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON

ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
