HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 75-25RESOLUTION 75-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF AN APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT FOR A MINOR ADDITION AND INTERIOR REMODEL WHEREAS, Nuttbrown Nanette Trustee & Brown Peter C Trustee ("Owners") owns the property commonly known as 24809 Olive Tree Lane, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 336-35-084); and WHEREAS, the building permits #for a new main residence basement and a new pool house conversion to an ADU were issued on August 31, 2020, with reasonable conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the permits expired on July 5th, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings and remodels with additions with a project valuation between $500,000 and $1,000,000 at thirty (30) months; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit # BLD20- 0223, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
