A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING THE CAMINO HERMOSO DRIVE SANITARY SEWER REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND MATTHEW
EICHNER & LORI HOKENESS, LILY CHAU & RODIN HAI -JEW, PIN GAO & JASON
GUO, KAREN & CHANH CHI, SHAZY ZARGHAMEE & MEHRDAD REZAEE, MUKTA &
HARSHVARDHAN SHARANGPANI, AND CATRIONA & RYAN CAIRNS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") has read and considered that
the Camino Hennoso Drive Sanitary Sewer Reimbursement Agreement ("Agreement") between the
Town and Matthew Eichner & Lori Hokeness, Lily Chau & Rodin Hai -Jew, Pin Gao & Jason Guo,
Karen & Chanh Chi, Shazy Zarghamee & Mehrdad Rezaee, Mukta & Harshvardhan Sharangpani, and
Catriona & Ryan Cairns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that:
1. Public interest and convenience and the promotion of public sewer system improvements
support the Town entering into the Agreement described above.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the Agreement and the City Manager is
hereby authorized on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the Town of
Los Altos Hills and Matthew Eichner & Lori Hokeness, Lily Chau & Rodin Hai -Jew, Pin
Gao & Jason Guo, Karen & Chanh Chi, Shazy Zarghamee & Mehrdad Rezaee, Mukta &
Harshvardhan Sharangpani, and Catriona & Ryan Cairns.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of October 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
