A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND DEDICATION AGREEMENT FOR
RAVENSBURY AVENUE - WEST LOYOLA DRIVE SEWER MAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Section 6-4.446, sewer main facilities may
be extended by an applicant in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills received an application from the property owner at 23100
Encinal Court (APN 336-37-031) for construction of the Ravensbury Avenue - West Loyola Drive
Sewer Main Extension at the applicant's sole cost and expense for the benefit of the applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicant desires to dedicate the Ravensbury Avenue - West Loyola Drive Sewer
Main Extension to the Town upon completion of construction; and
WHEREAS, Town staff prepared the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed
work to ensure that the ownership and maintenance responsibilities of the newly constructed sewer are
transferred to the Town; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the application and plans for the project, and recommends
that the Council approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed sewer
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
does hereby approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the Ravensbury Avenue -
West Loyola Drive Sewer Main Extension and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of October 2025 by the following vote:
