Dear town staff, planning commission, and town council:
I write to provide feedback for your 1 year review of conditional use permit for town hall.
3 conditions of the use permit and the accompanying CEQA filings have not been met:
1) landscaping to shield the Breier property from the new town hall structure. This has not been
finished, nor does it seem to be on target to be finished.
2) Low lighting to neighbors — the light outside the back of the council chambers remains brightly
lit all night and is a detraction to the rural nature of the neighborhood
3) Early a.m work hours —mower and blowers have interrupted our lives before 8:00 a.m. and in
violation of town noise ordinances and good neighbor policies
Please take steps to correct these omissions before renewing the use permit.
