A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FY25/26 PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING
STAFF TO ADVERTISE FOR FORMAL BID
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director of the Town of Los Altos Hills recommends that the project
plans and specifications for the FY25/26 Pavement Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvement Project
be approved by Council; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director recommends that the City Council authorize staff to advertise
the project for formal bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that:
1. The Plans and Specifications for the FY25/26 Pavement Rehabilitation and Drainage
Improvement Project, as described in the staff report to the City Council for the agenda
item, are hereby approved; and
2. The Public Works Director is authorized to advertise the FY25/26 Pavement Rehabilitation
and Drainage Improvement Project for formal bid.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of January 2026, by the following vote:
AYES: BHATEJA, TYSON, MOK, SWAN, TANKHA
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
